Yoga Nidra is an ancient guided practice to help lead you into a deep conscious state of awareness and relaxation. You will be guided through a structured sequence to induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Occurring somewhere between wakefulness and sleep, the practice can encourage deep rest, restoration, insight and healing for mind body and soul.
