30 minute Movement & Meditation -Dharana

Discover the power of mindful movement, breath and meditation. We begin with some gentle floor based yoga to release tension in the body, followed by some breathwork and Meditation.

 

This class is themed around the yoga concept of Dharana (concentration) and we will use Mantra and Mudra to enhance our Meditation practice, allowing for a deeper intentional practice.

 

This class is suitable for all levels. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to practice and/or have sought appropriate advice from a medical healthcare professional before practicing Yoga.
