When you contact us by any means with any queries, sign up to our newsletter or complete a booking for one of our events or classes.

What do we store?
Name, email, telephone number, and any medical information related to your intention to practice which you choose to disclose to us.
Why do we store this?
Fulfilling a contract: We need this information as a minimum in order to process your orders and bookings.
Email: Supplying you with email Marketing communications that you have opted into to keep you informed of special offers, promotions and new events and classes.

Legitimate Interests: Notifying you about enhancements to our services, such as changes to pricing and schedules or new services.

Breathe and Restore will sometimes use third parties to supply products and services to you on our behalf, for example our booking system. Where do we store your data?
Breathe and Restore is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform to allow us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers. Your data may also be stored on our third party secure booking system Bookwhen, who have their own privacy and terms policies to ensure your data is kept secure. How long we keep your information?
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.
Personal Data collected for purposes related to a contract of services between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes.
The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
Once the retention period expires personal Data shall be deleted.

Right to access:
